We loved the location of the hotel; it was just a short walk to the bus station where we could easily travel to other cities. The nearby bus stop also made it easy to reach a good metro station in this city. The staff was very polite and helpful, even organizing taxis for us and holding our luggage while we were away. Additionally, the breakfast was tasty and the hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.

The location is convenient for travel to other cities, with easy access to a metro station, bus stop and bus station. the breakfasts are good and the air conditioning works well. the staff are helpful and can assist with transportation arrangements.
The hotel room was not well-maintained, with peeling wallpaper and broken fittings.

The hotel is strategically located close to the metro station, making it convenient to travel around. The staff is courteous and provide a decent breakfast spread. They also provide an airport shuttle service which is cost-effective.

The location is also very convenient, with a nearby metro station and bus stop, making it easy to explore the city and even travel to other destinations like Ortachala bus station or the beautiful mountains.

The staff were incredibly helpful, treating us like family and going above and beyond to assist us during a medical emergency. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were spacious and had insect nets on the windows. The hotel offered transportation from the airport for an additional fee. The Wi-Fi was excellent and breakfast was good.

The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, organizing transport to the train station at a good price. The location is convenient, just a short walk from a metro station and close to Ortachala bus station for easy travel to other cities. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, and some even have balconies and fridges. Additionally, the hotel looks after guests' luggage when they go trekking in the mountains.
Not all rooms had working TVs, but overall, everything was okay.
